In order to get police clearance in the Philippines, you have to go through six stages of the application process. If you complete all stages successfully, only then you will get your police clearance certificate.

#Step 1: Login to PNP Clearance Portal

Police Clearance Appointment Fees
In order to set appointment for police clearance, you have to pay the fees of ₱ 150. Depending upon your payment method, the bank or mediator finance company may take the transaction charge of up to ₱ 10 for police clearance appointment fee payment.
So, you have to pay ₱ 150 + ₱ 10 = ₱ 160 in total. The fee payment is mandatory to set and confirm your appointment for police clearance.
Exemption from Police Clearance Fees
The Philippine Police offer exemption from police clearance fees to the people of determination (people with disability) and first time job seekers. So, if you are in one of these two categories, you do not need to pay any fee to get police clearance in Philippines.
Please note that the people with disability (PwD) are eligible to get police clearance fee exemption every time they apply for it. On the other hand, the first time job seekers (FTJS) can get the fee exemption for one time only.

In order to get police clearance fee exemption, you must tick the box given for PwD or FTJS as applicable for you during police clearance application online process. It will eliminate the fee payment option but all the rules for police clearance application will remain the same for you.
